Select Connections.
Select Access points.
Press Options.
Select New Access Point.
Select ‘Use default settings’.
Key in the following:
Connection name: MTNL GPRS
Data bearer: GPRS
Access point name:
For Postpaid enter gprsmtnlmum
For Prepaid Enter gprsppsmum
User name: mtnl
Prompt password: No
Password: mtnl123
Authentication: Normal
Homepage: http://wap.mumbai.mtnl.net.in
Select Options and select Advanced settings.
Phone IP address : Automatic
Primary name server : ignore
Second name server : ignore
Proxy serv. address : 172.16.39.10
Proxy port number : 9401
Press Back twice to save the settings.
To launch MTNL Mobile service, go to Web in Main Menu.
Press Options.
Select MTNL GPRS as the default access point.
Press Back to go to Bookmarks.
Select MTNL GPRS to start surfing.
Select Connections.
Select Access points.
Press Options.
Select New Access Point.
Select ‘Use default settings’.
Key in the following:
