1. Select Settings from Menu.
Select Connections.
Select Access points, you will be prompted with a message: “No access
points defined. Define now?” Select Yes.
2. Key in the following:
Connection name: MTNL GPRS
Data bearer: GPRS
Access point name:
For Postpaid enter gprsmtnlmum
For Prepaid Enter gprsppsmum
User name: mtnl
Prompt password: No
Password: mtnl123
Authentication: Normal
Homepage: http://wap.mumbai.mtnl.net.in
Select Options and select Advanced settings.
Device IP address : Automatic
Primary name server : ignore
Second name server : ignore
Proxy serv. address : 172.16.39.10
Proxy port number : 9401
3. To launch MTNL Mobile service, go to Web in Menu.
Select MTNL GPRS as the default access point in Setting.
Select Connections.
